What to Expect

We’re thrilled you are planning a visit to Candeeland! Here are a few tips to help you get the most out of your time with us.

  • Check-in

    Save time by filling out your waiver online before arrival (waivers are valid for one year). Check your status or sign a waiver here.

  • Grip Socks are required

    For safety reasons, we require that all children wear grip socks. You can bring your own or purchase them at our store for only $3 (sales tax included). Parents are required to wear regular socks to enter.

  • No outside drinks allowed

    We offer drinks and snacks at our cafe. Plus, there’s so much candy!

  • Candeeland is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or forgotten items.

    We understand it can be stressful to lose something. If you are missing your belongings, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll check our lost and found bin for you. Since we’re limited in space, unclaimed items left for ten days will be donated or thrown away.
