General Inquiries

Yes, we sell our patented Candeeland grip sock with our trademark grip on the bottom. They are required while playing at Candeeland for all children — adults may play in regular socks. If you don’t have a pair, grip socks are available for purchase at the front desk for $3.  The good news is that you can bring them back on your subsequent visit and reuse them, as long as they remain in good condition. This allows you to enjoy your Candeeland experience while ensuring safety and convenience.

All guests, including minors, are required to sign a waiver either online or upon entry to our parks, with guests under the age of 18 needing their waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Candeeland warmly welcomes visitors of all ages. We’re delighted to offer two dedicated play areas for our guests’ enjoyment: LittleLand, designed specifically for toddlers aged 5 years and under, and our main play area, which caters to all age groups.

For general admission, one adult is free with each paid child admission (ages 1–14: $15 for a 1-hour pass, $20 for a 2-hour pass); each additional adult is $5. Guests aged 15–17 pay an additional $5 on top of the child admission rate.

At our cafe, we provide a selection of snacks and beverages for your enjoyment. Additionally, we offer some packaged food/salads options for your convenience. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a refreshing beverage, our cafe has you covered.

Our park offers a variety of snacks and beverage options for purchase. We kindly request that guests do not bring outside food and beverages into the park. Instead, we invite you to explore the delicious offerings available at our snack shop during your visit.

We’re pleased to offer monthly memberships for $65, providing unlimited access to our park with no block-out dates, plus $10 in arcade tokens every month. Additionally, we have gift cards available for purchase in person at our park — a wonderful present for family and friends to experience the fun.

Absolutely! We provide field trips, group events, and fundraising programs at our park. For more information and detailed inquiries about these offerings, we encourage you to contact us directly. Our dedicated team will be happy to assist you and provide all the necessary details to plan a memorable and engaging experience for your group or event.

Our facility spans approximately 10,000 square feet and is filled with a wide range of thrilling attractions, including giant slides and various other exciting features. We also have comfortable massage chairs available for parents to relax and enjoy while their children have a blast. There’s an abundance of fun and exciting experiences awaiting you at our facility!

We offer Time Play options for our guests: a 1-hour play session for $15, or a 2-hour session for $20. We also offer a monthly membership for $65, giving you unlimited access to our park all month, plus $10 in arcade tokens each month.

Monday – Thursday: 10am to 8pm
Friday & Saturday: 10am to 9pm
Sunday: 11am to 7pm

To buy tickets, you have the option to purchase them either through our website or at our physical store location.

Bringing a physical or electronic ticket with you can significantly speed up the check-in process, allowing for a smoother and quicker entry into the park.

Our park generally experience lower levels of attendance on weekdays (Monday through Thursday) compared to weekends (Friday through Sunday).

Yes, you and your entire family are welcome to go inside the play structure together and enjoy the activities it offers.

We do not offer coupons or deals at this time.

Parties and Events

You can book a party completely online in just a few minutes at parties.candeelanddowney.com — choose your package, pick a date and time, and pay your deposit to lock it in. Prefer to talk it through first? Give us a call at (562) 966-0700 or visit the store in person, and our friendly staff will help you book. Yes! You can add extra guests beyond your package’s included count for $20 per guest. Candy Crush and Sugar Rush parties can add up to 5 extra guests (20 total); Supreme can add up to 10 extra guests (40 total). Each extra guest gets a pair of grip socks — a juice drink can be added separately if you’d like one for them. Looking to host more than 40? Ask us about a private whole-park rental.

Please arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled party time to check in and settle the remaining balance for your party. Signing your waiver in advance at waiver.roller.app/CandeelandDowney speeds up check-in — every guest needs one, regardless of age, and guests under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign for them. Once you’re checked in, all of your party items will be securely stored until your assigned party room is ready. Your playtime in the park comes first, and the final hour of your time is spent in the party room, where you can celebrate and enjoy the festivities!

To ensure the safety of all visitors, we require every individual, regardless of age, to sign a waiver upon entering Candeeland. This policy helps communicate the inherent risks associated with our activities and ensures that everyone acknowledges and understands their responsibilities while at our facility. The waiver is a standard procedure aimed at promoting a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Yes — the birthday child is counted as one of your included guests. Candy Crush and Sugar Rush packages include a base count of 15 guests (the birthday child plus 14 others); Supreme includes a base count of 30 (the birthday child plus 29 others). Additional guests beyond your package’s count can be added for an extra fee — see “Can I add more guests to my party package?”

All individuals, with the exception of those aged 11 months and younger, are considered guests and counted towards the total number for our packages. Children who are 11 months old or younger are not included in the guest count.

Absolutely! We provide options for large group bookings and private facility rentals afterhours, subject to availability. If you are interested in reserving the entire park for your event or have a large group gathering, please give us a call for more details. Our team will be happy to assist you and provide the necessary information to make your event a success.

To secure your party booking, we require a non-refundable booking deposit: $150 for Candy Crush and Sugar Rush parties, or $300 for Supreme. This deposit is applied towards the total cost of your party. We also collect a refundable security deposit at check-in — $50 for Candy Crush and Sugar Rush, $100 for Supreme — to cover any potential damages or additional charges, refunded after the event.

Once a booking is made, it is generally non-cancellable. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we are more than happy to accommodate a change of date based on our next available slot. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find an alternative date that suits your needs, subject to availability.
